Eating healthy has become oh so complicated. But I don’t think it has to be. It shouldn’t have to be hard work. It also shouldn’t mean navigating a murky minefield full of sugar laden, gluten filled, cancer causing bombs. It should be a bit more common sense about just eating a little more that’s good for you than what’s not so good for you.
